We make every effort to accurately describe our products including colors, dimensions, and materials. However, actual products may vary slightly from photographs due to monitor calibration, photographic lighting, and the nature of 3D printing. Product availability is subject to change without notice.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order is placed. If a pricing error is discovered, we will contact you to confirm the corrected price or cancel the order with a full refund. We are not obligated to fulfill orders placed at incorrect prices.
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason including but not limited to: out-of-stock items, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to verify payment. We will notify you if your order is declined and will issue a full refund if payment was captured.
Once production of a custom item has begun, we may not be able to cancel the order. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

All site content including logos, product photography, descriptions, and design elements is owned by Lukas Labs LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Products we create remain the creative property of Soka3D unless otherwise agreed in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soka3D and its owners, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control including carrier delays, natural disasters, or material shortages.
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first at hello@soka3d.com. We will work in good faith to resolve any issue. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in us contesting the chargeback with documentation of your order and our fulfillment.
