We stand behind every print. If something arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right โ no questions asked.
We accept return requests within [14] days of delivery for eligible items. To start a return, email us at hello@soka3d.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
For defective or incorrect items, we will offer your choice of a free replacement or a full refund. We may ask for a photo of the issue before processing.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within [5โ10] business days. Stripe processing times may add 2โ5 additional days depending on your bank. We will email you confirmation once the refund is issued.
If you paid with a discount code that reduced your total to $0, any applicable refund will be in the form of a store credit or replacement item.
For items that are defective or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service โ we are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
Orders may be cancelled within [24 hours] of placement for a full refund, provided production has not yet begun. Once printing starts we cannot cancel custom orders. To cancel, email hello@soka3d.com immediately with your order number.
