All Soka3D products are made to order. After payment is confirmed, your item enters our print queue. Standard processing time is 1โ2 business days for most items. Custom items (such as the LithoCube) may take 3โ5 business days to produce before shipping.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive an email notification when your order ships.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery. Please allow 24 hours after receiving the tracking email for the carrier's system to update.
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:
We are not responsible for packages reported stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend adding shipping insurance for high-value orders. [Update if you offer insurance at checkout.]
You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. We cannot reroute packages after they are in transit. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.
If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product and email them to hello@soka3d.com within [5] days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no charge. See our Refund Policy for full details.
